The name "It's Up To You" reflects our belief that positive outcomes for youth are achieved through partnership, accountability, and shared responsibility.
In our logo, the adult and child are intentionally facing one another. This symbolizes the important relationship between youth and the caring adults who support them. Success is not the responsibility of the child alone, nor the parent alone—it requires both working together toward a common goal.
The upward arrow in the logo represents growth, progress, hope, and the belief that every young person has the ability to move forward and reach their full potential when provided with guidance, support, and opportunity.
At It's Up To You, we believe that lasting change happens when youth, families, and communities work together for continued success.
